More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Development blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Also included in this recent document release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and includes a key labelling different areas of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the continuing investigative process.
